We firmly believe in meeting each student right where they are in their learning journey, tailoring our approach to their unique needs. By developing personalized plans for each student, we ensure that they receive the individualized support required to achieve their full potential. Our goal is to maximize learning outcomes to empower students to reach new heights of academic success.

Teacher Support

Teachers can work with a coach one-on-one or in small groups to build on current pedagogy and instructional practices in K-2, early grade literacy. This will ensure that their students have access to the best instructional practices to increase literacy learning in the early grades, which sets the foundation for future success. We believe this better prepares your students for the rest of their education and future career path (college and career readiness).

Leader Support

We believe in developing your school leaders: Literacy coaches, Grade level leaders, and new Assistant Principals with the skills they need to effectively support their teacher teams with Literacy Instruction. By instilling in them, a method of what to look for in the early childhood classrooms during the literacy block, their teacher teams will build phonological awareness and critical thinking skills, which will create students who will be able to read on grade level by third grade. These students will become independent thinkers and high performers throughout their educational careers.
